Sterling Holidays Gift Card is powered by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited.

Sterling Holidays / Qwikcilver shall honour and consider requests for blocking of Gift Cards only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms of Gift Card mentioned below.

Valid Gift Card in its original form (Email/SMS) has to be presented at the time of availing a service.

Gift Card may be used only at participating Sterling Resorts in India against specific services

All Gift Cards issued shall have a validity period of 1 year from the date of issuance of cards.

This Gift Card cannot be transferred for balance value or redeemed for cash.

This Gift Card is cash equivalent. Qwikcilver, Sterling Holidays or their affiliates are not responsible if this Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.

No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the Gift Card.

Reload is not applicable in case of gift card.

Any dispute shall be referred to Qwikcilver and the decision of Qwikcilver will be final.

Subject to the foregoing, these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Chennai, India.

Qwikcilver & STERLING HOLIDAYS reserve the entitlement to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on our website https://www.qwikcilver.com/terms-and-conditions/. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards.

Qwikcilver, STERLING HOLIDAYS or their affiliates will not be liable for the misuse of the card.

The card is valid for spends towards stay and applicable taxes at any of the participating Resorts when booked on www.sterlingholidays.com website.

The card is not valid for spends towards settling banquet charges, paid-outs like car transfers, spends at retail or any third party service establishment at participating Resorts, or any expenses of personal nature for which a pay-out is raised such as buying medicines, sightseeing charges etc.

The Gift Card cannot be used as a deposit,

The cards cannot be used to settle stays booked on/thru

a. Corporate rates
b. Group rates
c. Online Travel Agents (OTA’s)
d. Any discounted or contracted room rates
e. Travel Agents/Intermediaries
f. Any commission agents

The Gift Card shall not be applicable for redemption in conjunction with any other offer/promotion or benefit(s)

The card shall not be valid for withdrawal of cash or currency exchange.

Multiple transactions can be performed on gift card until the value of the card is exhausted.

Should the purchase value exceed the card value, the differential amount of such purchase shall have to be paid at the point of sale through an accepted credit or debit card, at the time of making a reservation.

A card once issued cannot be cancelled or refunded.

The Gift Card can be purchased for a minimum value of ?1000 and maximum value of ?50,000 per transaction. The gift card can also be purchases against a Holiday package as per the inclusions mentioned in the package and can be redeemed only against the same package only

The Gift Card will be delivered instantly to the recipient’s email address as entered in the form on the same day unless the delivery is scheduled for a particular day.

In case of theft, kindly report the same to Qwikcilver. Upon verification of the identity of the guest the card will be blocked and a fresh card will be reissued. The card is a cash equivalent bearer card. Qwikcilver, STERLING HOLIDAYS & its affiliates shall not be responsible for lost or stolen cards and any misuse thereof. A reissued card shall have the balance validity of the original issued card.

Redemption of the card by its bearer shall be valid discharge of Qwikcilver & Sterling liabilities in respect of the card.

The card is subject to applicable laws. The card holder shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory/judicial/competent authority from time to time in this regard.
