Anyone who has visited a Hamleys shop knows that its more than just a shop. It’s an incredible experience - history and fun all rolled into one. Every Hamleys store offers children a magical experience, and adults the rare chance to be children again. It’s where they get to play with toys, watch live demos of toys, and interact with their favourite toy characters.

The Hamleys E-Gift Card can only be redeemed at all Hamleys Stores in India (except Delhi airport and other SIS outlets) by presenting it to the cashier at the time of making a purchase.
This E-Gift Card cannot be encashed. No cash refund in part / full will be provided.
Hamleys will not be responsible for lost cards and no demand for replacement / compensation for the lost code will be entertained.
Once the E-Gift Card is issued / used, requests for cancellation will not be entertained.
Protect the E-Gift card number and pin to avoid misuse, Hamleys shall not assume any liability in case the e gift card pin gets stolen/compromised, Hamleys shall neither replace the E-Gift card nor refund the cash.
The E-Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of activation. After such a period the card will no longer be valid for redemption. No request for extension of validity period will be entertained.
The E-Gift Card cannot be re-loaded with any additional amount once it is issued.
The E-Gift Card is for one-time use only. Any balance amount in the E-Gift Card after the card is redeemed will be forfeited.
The E-Gift Card does not represent any underlying or identified goods or merchandise.
Hamleys reserves the right to alter any /all the terms and condition of this E-Gift Card at any time without prior notice.
Decision of Hamleys in respect of any matter related hereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained in this behalf.
The bearer of this E-Gift Card will be considered as the bonafide recipient of the benefits of redemption.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
